Accessing External Entity Management

External Entity Management is available from the External Entity Management menu option on the user menu.

This option is available to users who have one of these security roles:

  • IFS- ExternalEntity Admin
  • Infor-SystemAdministrator

To access External Entity Management

  1. Click the Profile icon to access the user menu.
  2. Click External Entity Management.

External Entity Management has these menu options:

  • External Entities
  • External Entity Profile
  • Custom Authorized Components
  • Settings
    • General Settings
    • Cloudsuite Identities Password Policy
    • Email Templates
