Audit log

The audit log enables you to view existing and previously existing Data Subject Requests.

The location of the audit log is User Menu > Admin Settings > Security and Compliance > Audit Log.

This table is an example of the audit log interface.

The audit log tracks all created cases by using the fields above. Clicking View Details in the Audit Log column displays this information:
  • Event Type
    • Saved as Draft
    • Draft Updated
    • Created
    • Case Updated
    • Data Search
    • Data Received
    • Execution Requested
    • Executed
    • Closed
    • Deleted
  • Who the action for the audit was Performed By
  • Date and Time of the event
  • Any extra Details
You also have the option to download an audit log by using the download button from the View Details page. The log is downloaded as a .JSON file.
