Editing MFA settings

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an additional layer of verifying your credentials. In addition to requiring your user name/password combination during login, you are asked either to provide a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) from your device or to complete a Duo push, depending on how the system has been configured by your Infor OS Portal administrator. This device can be configured and managed for MFA in User Settings > Security > MFA.

Under MFA Settings, you can set up and maintain this information:

  • Add a new device for MFA
  • Rename a device name
  • Change your default MFA device for authentication
  • Remove an existing device
Note: You can have a maximum of five MFA devices configured at one time.
