Adding a context message

To add a context message:

  1. Locate the widget and select the check box.
  2. Click Context Messages on the action menu. If the widget has any default messages, they are displayed.
  3. Click Add in the Context Message table. A Context Message popup is displayed.
  4. Select the message type: Infor Business Context or Custom Name. If you select the Custom Name option, enter the name of the custom context message.
  5. After reviewing the information, click OK.
  6. Locate the context message you just added and select the check box.
  7. Select Add in the Rules table. A Rule popup is displayed.
  8. Select the rule type: Screen ID or Custom Name.
    • For a screen ID rule, select the operator, and enter the screen ID value.
    • For a custom name, enter the property name, select the operator, and enter the custom value.
  9. After reviewing the information, click OK.
