Adding accounting entities to a user

To add accounting entities to a user:

  1. From the Accounting Entities tab in User details, click Add new item.
  2. On the Select Accounting Entities dialog box, select one or more accounting entities.
  3. Click Add on the Select Accounting Entities dialog box to add the selected accounting entities. The dialog box remains open so that you can add more accounting entities. To add selected security roles and then close the dialog box, click Add & Close.
  4. Click Save Item on the Accounting Entities tab.
