Migrating to the latest app version

In February of 2023, the Infor CloudSuite Okta app was updated to provide a better overall experience to Okta customers. Here is the summary of changes:

New source attributes are added for mapping when provisioning is enabled:

• title
• department
• actorId
• userAlias
• ifsPersonId
• FederationId

To take advantage of these updates re-authenticate to the Infor CloudSuite SCIM API.

1. Select the Provisioning tab of the Infor CloudSuite app, click Edit, and clear Enable API Integration. Click Save.
2. On the Provisioning tab, click Configure API Integration.
3. Check Enable API Integration and click Test API to verify that the Okta application is connected to the Infor CloudSuite SCIM API.
4. Click Save.
5. Complete steps 7–15 in Configuring the SCIM agent in Okta for Infor CloudSuite section to map the new source attributes if required.
