Known issues and troubleshooting

These are the current provisioning limitations.

  • While linking a group from Okta to a SCIM group in Infor CloudSuite, only the groups created through SCIM are available from Infor CloudSuite.
  • Once any attribute from the table below has been set with a value, it can not be set back to a null state.

These are the current Infor-specific attribute details.

Attribute Unique Duplicate Value Field Validation
actorId Yes If duplicate, 409 error Maximum 30 characters; greater than 30 characters length results in a 400 error.
lnUser Yes If duplicate, 409 error No restrictions.
federationId Yes If duplicate, 409 error Once set, federationId value cannot be changed. If a change is required then the attribute must be manually updated within the tenant.
personId Yes If duplicate, 409 error No restrictions.
userAlias Yes If duplicate, 409 error Once set, userAlias value cannot be changed. This is a one-time value set up per user.

User Alias must be in upper case and must have fewer than or be equal to 10 characters.

Note: These characters ( / ? < > \ : * | " ) are restricted.
