Creating enhancement request

  1. From the Infor OS toolbar, click the Customer Central icon.
  2. Click Create Enhancement.

  3. On the Create Enhancement page, specify a descriptive title for your enhancement request.
  4. Specify the Product, Release, and other required fields.

    The product line is entered by default when available. The Customer field and contact name are pre-filled and non-editable.
  5. Specify the appropriate request type and provide a detailed description. Provide a proposed solution detailing how you would solve the functionality.

  6. Click Create.
  7. Click OK.
