Accessing the Customer Central from Infor OS
If you have incident creation permission to Infor Concierge, a
icon is displayed on your Infor OS
toolbar.
You can create support incidents directly from Infor OS without having to access or sign into Infor Concierge. To access Customer Central from any application within Infor OS, click the
icon on the Infor OS toolbar:You can then select from these options:
