Editing incidents

The section describes how to edit incidents.
  1. From the Infor OS toolbar, click the Customer Central icon.
  2. Click Customer Central > Manage Incidents.
  3. On the Manage Incidents page, click an incident link in the Summary column to view the details of the incident to edit.
  4. From the Incident Detail page, click Edit. On the edit incident page, fields are pre-populated with information from the incident.
  5. Request a remote Support Connection to review the issue you are editing with a support analyst.
  6. You can make changes to any of the fields.

    You must provide a comment when editing an incident describing any changes you have made and why.
  7. To add another contact to the incident, click the Alternative Contact Details option and specify an alternative contact who can be notified of the incident and kept updated on changes.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click OK.
