Editing contacts
- From the Infor OS toolbar, click the Customer Central icon.
- Click Customer Central.
- Expand the Administration menu option.
- Click Manage Contacts.
- Select a Contact Name link. Fields are pre-populated with contact information.
- From the Contact Edit page, you can enable or disable users and make changes to any other fields.
- If a user has a pending status, you may select whether to approve or deny the user's registration.
- If you select denial, you must also give a reason for denial.
- Click Save.
