Endorsing enhancement requests

  1. From the Infor OS toolbar, click the Customer Central icon.
  2. Click Customer Central > Enhancements . You can click an incident link in the ER ID column to view the details of the enhancement. You can endorse, reject, or acknowledge enhancements.
    • Endorse – Implementing the enhancement would provide value to your company.
    • Reject - Implementing the enhancement would not provide value to your company and could negatively affect you.
    • Acknowledge – Implementing the enhancement would neither positively nor negatively affect your company.

  3. Optionally, you can leave an explanation detailing why your company endorses, rejects, or acknowledges the enhancement.
  4. Click Submit.
