Endorsing enhancement requests

From the Infor OS toolbar, click the Customer
Central icon.

Click . You can click an incident link in the ER ID column to view the
details of the enhancement. You can endorse, reject, or acknowledge
enhancements.
- Endorse – Implementing the enhancement would provide value to your
company.
- Reject - Implementing the enhancement would not provide value to your
company and could negatively affect you.
- Acknowledge – Implementing the enhancement would neither positively nor
negatively affect your company.

Optionally, you can leave an explanation detailing why your company endorses,
rejects, or acknowledges the enhancement.

Click Submit.
