Overview
Infor Customer Central is a framework for deploying customer experience applications
and functionality within the multi-tenant cloud Infor OS application.
Customer Central is available to all Infor OS MT product users who have active Infor Concierge credentials.
No additional setup is required for Customer Central. If you want to give additional users access to Customer Central, you can request that your company’s Infor Contact Administrator create them as a user on Infor Concierge.
