Specifying generic information for a workflow definition

  1. In the Workflows modeling page, click Add to display the Workflow Modeler page. The Start and End nodes of the new workflow model are displayed on the canvas.
  2. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a unique name that identifies the workflow definition.
    Description
    Specify the description that explains the functional purpose of this workflow.
    Tenant
    Optionally, specify a tenant.
    You can link a workflow to a tenant.
    • Only Activation Policies configured for this tenant, which only listen to BODs for this tenant, can start this workflow.
    • Only ProcessWorkflow BODs for this tenant can start this workflow.
    If you have document flows/connection points configured with tenants, you must select the tenant check box and specify the name of the tenant in all related configurations.
