Use the advanced search fields to narrow up or specialize your search.

There are a few differences between the mobile and desk versions. This functionality is only available in the desk version of OneView:

• Searching by message processing status in ION
• Searching by handled in alarms
• Finding the processing status indicators on the timeline
• Filtering the timeline view using the "Not Handled In" switch
• Selecting 1-24 hour for the Last hour option in the Date-Time Range
