Updating existing Google G-Suite to Infor CloudSuite federations

Log on to the Infor CloudSuite tenant portal with an administrator account
using Cloud Identities authentication.

Click an account name (person icon in the top right) to populate from the user
menu.

Select from the
options.

Click the
drop-down and select Federated
Security.

Expand Federated Security and click
the edit icon for the Google federation.

Make notes of any Sign Authentication
request, Accept Encrypted
Assertions, Logoff,
Assertion Identity Key, and
IFS user lookup field
settings.

Click the back arrow beside Federated Security at the top of the page.

Access the Google Administration console and open the Infor CloudSuite web and
mobile application.

Navigate to and click the
Download Metadata link to
download the Google metadata file.

Navigate to the Infor CloudSuite portal and select the Google federation check
box. Click the delete icon. Click Yes on the Delete Items confirmation
message.

re-create the federation within Infor CloudSuite by using InforSTS and to export
the Infor CloudSuite metadata to be used by Google G-Suite. Review your notes on
federation settings as they may differ from what is outlined in those sections.
Ensure to maintain original federation settings.

Navigate to the Google Administration console and the Infor CloudSuite web and
mobile application.

In the Service provider details area, click the down arrow
in the top right corner to expand the panel.

For ACS URL, specify the value for
the Infor CloudSuite Assertion Consumer Service saved from previous steps.

For Entity ID, specify the value of
the Infor CloudSuite entity ID saved from previous steps.

Click Save at the bottom of the
page. Federation updating is now complete.

After the federation has been updated using InforSTS, validate authentication
through Google to the Infor CloudSuite portal.
