Google G-Suite user provisioning to Infor CloudSuite

We recommend that you use the SCIM feature to provision users.

  1. Log on to the Infor CloudSuite tenant portal with an administrator account.
  2. Click the profile icon. Select User Management.
  3. Navigate to Security Administration > Settings > General Settings.
  4. Clear the Send email to new users automatically when they are added check box in Email Settings. Click Save.
  5. Navigate to Manage Features. Select the Enable SCIM service check box. Click Save. Refresh the page in the browser. Navigate to Manage > SCIM Accounts.
  6. Copy the SCIM v2 Service URL for use later in the procedure. Click the plus (+) icon to add a new SCIM account. In the SCIM Password section, specify a password for the SCIM account following the stated guidelines. Confirm the password and click Save to generate the SCIM User Identifier. A warning message is displayed. Click Yes.
  7. Note the User Identifier and password for the SCIM account for later use. If necessary, expand the User Identifier column to see the full value.
  8. Access the Google portal with an administrator account and select the Infor CloudSuite application created during the federation process. Select Configure auto-provisioning in the Auto-provisioning section.
  9. Generate an access token from the SCIM account details. To generate the token, use a base 64 encoding website and encode the User Identifier and SCIM Password separated by a colon. For example: DEVGDENA010_DEM#30b54c31-2edb-4638-a30a-588b1962c47c:Infor2022!
  10. Specify the Access token generated from the previous step, under App authorisation. Click Continue.
  11. Specify the Endpoint URL. This is the SCIM v2 Service URL previously saved. Click Continue.
  12. On the Attributes page leave the default attribute mappings and click Continue.
  13. Click Continue on the Provisioning scope page.
  14. Do not change the default settings on the Deprovisioning page. Click Finish.
  15. Click the TURN ON toggle for the Auto-provisioning to change the status from Inactive to Active.
Note: The SCIM interface is not customizable and only provisions users with basic attributes. No group publishing is available. Once enabled, it takes 10 to 15 minutes for the SCIM service to run, and there is no ability to force publishing.
  16. Validate that the users from Google have been published to Infor CloudSuite by verifying the users in Manage > Users. User provisioning via SCIM is now complete.
