Viewing enhancement requests

  1. From the Infor OS toolbar, click the Customer Central icon.
  2. Click Customer Central > Enhancements.
  3. On the Enhancements
    • Open – currently open enhancements, these enhancements are available for endorsement. page, click the current view dropdown. These views are available:

      Open View

    • My Requests – enhancements opened by you.

      My Requests

    • Subscribed – enhancements to which you have subscribed.

      Subscribed

    • To be Archived – enhancement requests that will not be implemented; these enhancements will remain in this view for 30 days.

      To Be Archived

    • Implemented – enhancement requests that have been implemented.
