Editing incidents
The section describes how to edit incidents.
- From the Infor OS toolbar, click the Customer Central icon.
- Click Customer Central > Manage Incidents.
- On the Manage Incidents page, click an incident link in the Summary column to view the details of the incident to edit.
- From the Incident Detail page, click Edit. On the edit incident page, fields are pre-populated with information from the incident.
- Request a remote Support Connection to review the issue you are editing with a support analyst.

You can make changes to any of the fields.
You must provide a comment when editing an incident describing any changes you have made and why.
- To add another contact to the incident, click the Alternative Contact Details option and specify an alternative contact who can be notified of the incident and kept updated on changes.
- Click Save.
- Click OK.
