Incidents

As an Infor Concierge contact, you can use Customer Central to create and manage incidents, either your own or your company incidents, depending on your permissions in Infor Concierge.

When you create an incident within Customer Central, you describe the incident in detail as well as include attachments, screen captures, and video recordings. You have the ability to record your issue exactly as you experience it with the video-recording functionality built into Infor OS. You can then view and manage any existing incidents as well.
