Menu
Use the Customer Central menu to access all Infor Concierge features.
These features are accessible from the menu:
- Plus icon - redirects you to the create incident page, giving you quick access to create an incident
- Heart icon – redirects you to your favorited Knowledge Base articles.
The menu has sub-menu options. Concierge features can be accessed by expanding these menu options:
- Incidents
- Create Incident
- Manage Incident
- Enhancements
- Create Enhancement
- Enhancements
- Release Information
- Release Report
- Cloud Maintenance Calendar
