Admin Long Running Actions

The column of check boxes is removed from the Admin Long Running Actions page as the only action available is to refresh the page.

Cloud Identities

The identity provider (IdP in Federated Identities) is now checked when an administrator turns off Cloud Identities in General Settings. An error message is displayed if no IdPs are created.

Group roles

IFS now supports these new group roles:

• IFS-GroupsAdmin: A user with this role sees only the Groups option under User Management and can perform any action within that page (create, update, and delete).
• IFS-GroupsUpdate: A user with this role sees only the Groups option under User Management and can add other users to groups.
• IFS-GroupsReadOnlyUser: A user with this role sees only the Groups option under User Management with read-only authorization.

Security roles - User Management

When having only an IFS-ShowUserManagementUI security role and no other IFS roles, a user can view the User Management option under the User Menu but will receive an error when clicking the option. The error instructs the user to contact a system administrator to receive permission to access User Management functions.
