Rename Coleman banners

The Coleman Skills banner in Infor OS Portal now shows Digital Assistant. Furthermore, Coleman Digital Assistant in the slide-out panel is renamed to Skills.

Local date and time context variables

Coleman DA now supports three new context variables related to date and time. These are labeled as Local for the user to convert the current time stamp to the user's local time zone setting. These function as a counterpart to the existing date and time context variables set based on the UTC time zone.

Local date and time conversion function

Coleman now formats and converts date and time values based on your local time zone. The function supports ISO 8601 standards and can convert input from any time zone, including UTC.
