Change application name for ION Desk and ION API

For ION Desk and Infor ION API, the application name is changed to ION and API Gateway. In ION Desk, these labels are changed:

• In the dataflow modeler, workflow modeler, and API flow modeler, the ION API activity icon is renamed API.
• The IMS via ION API connection point type is renamed IMS via API Gateway. ION API is renamed API.
