Improved Coleman DA welcome message

When a user first converses with Coleman, the welcome messages are updated:

• Hi, I'm Coleman!
• We can talk through text or over voice.
• Press the ? to see what I can do.

Removed standard Amazon.Help intent

To correct Coleman from erroneously invoking the Amazon.Help command from various utterances when not intended, the help intent is removed from the build process and replaced with a custom skill with only one utterance for Help.

Improved reply for missed utterances

Previously, Coleman would respond Sorry, can you repeat that? when it could not match to a skill from a provided utterance. Coleman now responds, I can't do that yet. Try asking something else.
