Workflows

1. Open ION Desk.
2. Open the Workflow.
3. For each Task and Task Chain step, verify if Escalation and Reminders uses an email address that needs to be adjusted.
4. Update the email address and save your changes.
5. For each Notification step, verify if Distribution uses an email address that needs to be adjusted.
6. Update the email address and save your changes
7. Reactivate the workflow.
