Monitors

1. Open ION Desk.
2. Select the Distribution tab.
3. Replace each email-based distribution.
4. Select the Escalation and Reminders tab and verify if an email address is used that needs to be adjusted.
5. Update the email address and save your changes.
6. Reactivate the monitor.
