Refreshing CloudSuite data

You can refresh a tenant's data and applications at the CloudSuite level. A CloudSuite includes all data and products that are provisioned to a tenant.

The software version of the applications in both the source and target tenants must be the same.

  1. Navigate to your CloudSuite Portal customer administration main page. From the top left corner, select the Suites tab.
  2. Select the target tenant. Click REFRESH CLOUDSUITE.
  3. Specify this information:
    CloudSuite
Specify the tenant to be refreshed. This field is pre-populated with the CloudSuite that you chose in Step 2.
    Source CloudSuite
Specify the source tenant containing the refresh data.
    Run Date
Specify the date that the job will run.
    Run Window
Choose a pre-defined time window from the drop down list. The action will begin at the start of that time window. See the Window Details section for the specific times associated with the run window you chose.
    Full Refresh
Currently, only full refresh is supported. Keep this check box selected.
Deactivate source tenant while exporting data?
If selected, users will not be able to log in to the source tenant during the export phase of the refresh. This check box is cleared by default.
Note: The target tenant is always deactivated during refresh.
  4. Click SUBMIT.
You are returned to the target tenant screen. Click the tab to see the progress of your request.
