Users - All users are copied along with GUIDs:

  • Profile information
  • Preferences
  • Profile photo
  • Colleague connections
  • IFS user details
  • External users
  • Distributions groups
  • Contacts

Groups:

  • Profile information
  • Members
  • Profile photo

Posts:

  • Feeds
  • Comments
  • Attachments
  • Like and Unlike
  • Tagged users
  • Tagged groups

Streams:

ION API

All API suites are copied.

API suite security policy data is reset.

All cloned Infor and non-Infor authorized applications are deleted.
IFS

All users are copied and retain their role mappings.

All service accounts are retained.

All passwords are reset; emails are sent to users to set new passwords.
Homepages All Homepages content is copied.
Infor Document Management (IDM)

During tenant cloning, IDM tenant data is copied in these steps:

  • All tenant configuration data and document metadata are copied during the database backup.
  • All documents are stored and copied as a part of the IDM tenant snapshot.
