For best results with cloning and refreshing data, use these recommended guidelines:

• To ensure data consistency, it is recommended that you deactivate all tenants and then start the clone.
• From the CloudSuite Portal, it is not possible to execute a refresh successfully if you select an application without refreshing Infor OS, ION, and ION API. For example, if you want to refresh LN, you must also refresh Infor OS, ION, and ION API. IDM, however, is optional.
