Email addresses in Workflow and Monitor distributions

If you use email addresses in Workflow and Monitor distributions, especially in a tenant that is planned to be refreshed, it is not recommended to use email-based distributions in Workflow and Monitor models.

If you need to do so, after the tenant is refreshed, make sure that the used email addresses are replaced with email addresses relevant for the refreshed tenant.
