Showing the absent objects

With Atlas you can show the object names that do not have any data stored in Data Lake, labeled as Absent objects. By default, object names that have no data in Data Lake are not displayed in the list of object names.

To show the absent objects:

  1. Expand the left panel.
  2. Click the Filter icon.
  3. Select the Show Absent Objects check box.
    The list includes the object names that have no data objects stored in Data Lake. Their names are grayed out and selecting them is disabled because no data objects exist.
