skills executed
To execute a skill means that a user interacts with Coleman
conversationally within the skill framework. The user can interact via text through a chat
interface (previously Infor Chat, but an independent instant-messaging-type interface going
forward) or by speaking into a microphone (“audio”). Text and voice are available to users
with Coleman user roles in Infor OS via the Infor Ming.le portal and in the Try It Out pane on the Coleman
Skills page. For the purposes of usage limits, starting a skill by providing a
skill utterance counts as a skill execution, even if the skill is not successfully
completed.
If the tenant has Coleman for Alexa enabled and set up, a properly initiated user can access Coleman skills via Alexa (mobile app or Echo device).
