SSO

Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials (for example, name and password) to access multiple applications.

For each of the levels, the limits specify the number of authentication events allowed for a given time period (minute, day). This limit does not cover the number of active sessions at a given time period.

Note: This counts the number of authentication events and not active sessions per a given period of time. When a user is prompted for credentials to log in, that counts as one login. If a user logs into multiple and different browsers, it is counted as multiple logins. If a user has multiple tabs logged in (as the same user) in the same browser, it is counted as only one login. Logging into the mobile application and web applications count as separate logins. System-to-system authentications are covered in API Gateway service account authentication limits.
