Infor OS is available in the following base tiers, with add-ons available for you to adjust the services to suit your specific needs.
- Infor OS Essentials
The Infor OS Essentials tier is the entry version included with Infor multi-tenant SaaS CloudSuites. The usage limits support use of all core Infor OS services for standard CloudSuite usage.
- Infor OS Professional
The Infor OS Professional tier provides increased usage limits over the Essentials tier, for customers engaging with more of the technology platforms capabilities.
- Infor OS Enterprise
The Infor OS Enterprise tier is the largest standard tier, providing increased usage limits over the Professional tier, for customers fully embracing digital transformation with the Infor OS services.

Each Service can have additional resource capacity added as outlined on the service detail tables. Review your contract, using Concierge for the current license agreement and utilization for your environment.
