Creating conversation starters

This topic describes the process of creating a Conversation Starter in the GenAI platform.
Note: When SUGGESTIONEDIT is enabled, users with these roles can edit all existing Conversation Starters:
  • GENAI-Admin
  • GENAI-SuggestionEditor
  • GENAI-SystemAdministrator

To create a new Conversation Starter within the GenAI application:

  1. Select Infor OS > GenAI > Factory > Conversation Starter.
  2. Click + Add.
  3. Specify the Conversation Starter text.
  4. Specify this information if you want:
    Logical ID prefix
    Specify Logical ID prefix to prioritize a Conversation Starter on a specific application.
    Screen ID
    Specify the Screen ID to prioritize a Conversation Starter on a particular screen.
  5. Click Save to complete your Conversation Starter.
