Tools

A Tool is a feature or single capability that is part of the Agent definition.

Tools enable the Agent to perform a wide range of tasks using API interactions. This integration allows Agents to access and retrieve real-time data, update records, and perform transactions on behalf of users in the Infor CloudSuite systems.

Tools can work with any API, initiating actions based on user queries or predefined triggers.
