Manage focus modes

A focus mode limits the GenAI Assistant to a curated set of GenAI Agents.

When you select a focus mode in the chatbot, the focus mode narrows the conversational context and limits the Agents that the chatbot uses. The narrower context helps the GenAI Assistant select the correct Agent for the task.

You can exit a focus mode to restore access to all enabled Agents. You can also select another focus mode that matches the question.

Create a focus mode for these use cases:

  • Filter Agents that conflict across CloudSuite applications.
  • Create isolated conversation sessions that narrow contextual responses.
  • Support intent resolution between documentation requests and Agent calls.
