Accessing the GenAI Knowledge Hub

When the DocumentationAgent is enabled for your given tenant, end users can click the GenAI Assistant icon within the Portal toolbar to complete any documentation requests. This is applicable for both private and public document types.

To start a chat with the DocumentationAgent:

1. Open the GenAI Assistant.
2. Click the + icon in the text input field.
3. Select the GENAI_DocumentationAgent option.
4. Type a prompt that requires document retrieval.
