Testing GenAI Knowledge Hub

Use Chat to test the GenAI Knowledge Hub capability within the tenant where it is deployed. This topic guides you through accessing the tool and interacting with it effectively.

  1. Ensure the GenAI Knowledge Hub capability is deployed in your tenant. .
  2. Navigate to Infor OS > GenAI > Factory > Chat.
  3. Interact with the chatbot.
    • Specify your question in natural language, preferably in complete sentences. Avoid using keyword-only queries.
    • Include the specific CloudSuite name relevant to your question.
    • If you switch to a different CloudSuite, refresh your chat history before submitting a new query.
  4. Review the response.
    • The chatbot uses the Documentation Agent to search the vector database for the most relevant documentation.
    • After the tool is successfully invoked, the chatbot displays Logic Flows that show how documentation sources are selected and evaluated.
