GenAI utilizes a wide array of documentation as a data source to answer user queries. This includes user guides, installation guides, Knowledge Base articles and more. The documents are stored in Infor Document Management and vectorized in a Vector Data Base to be accessible to the GenAI platform.

Enterprise Data – Infor CloudSuite
Infor CloudSuites are central to business operations, capturing a vast array of transactional and operational data. GenAI platform accesses the enterprise data through APIs, allowing real-time interaction with various CloudSuite modules such as finance, human resources, supply chain, and customer relationship management. This data includes financial records, employee information, inventory levels, order histories, and more. By integrating Enterprise data, GenAI can provide informed recommendations, generate reports, and facilitate decision-making processes based on up-to-date business information. The enterprise data are retrieved and displayed to end user while interacting with Infor GenAI Assistant via tools or exposed in the embedded experience or smart widget. Using data produced by models trained in Infor AI , data coming from Data Lake, EPM, Birst and GenAI capabilities can be integrated to enable LLMs to analyze them. The results are then displayed in a user-friendly format, tailored to the specific needs of the business.
