Human in the loop
Human in the Loop pauses tool actions in the GenAI Assistant when Agent requests user
approval at key decision points.
The pause enables the user to review, validate, or change the next action before the tool continues. The pause creates a collaborative workflow that combines automated decisions and human judgment.
You can enable Human in the Loop for a specific tool. When enabled, the tool action requires the user to approve or reject it.
You can enable Human in the Loop in two ways:
- Click the crossed pause icon on the tool tile.
When enabled, the icon on the tile changes to pause and .
- Select the check box in the Review Required column in the GenAI tools table displayed below the tool tiles.
