Enabling admin opt-out

The GenAI platform provides the option for administrators to opt-out of all the conversation traces that are made when conversing with either the GenAI Assistant or Chat.
Administrators can use this option when users are including personally identifiable information, sensitive CloudSuite data or any other sensitive information in the conversation with the chatbot, or for any reason the GenAI administrators see fit.
Note: This option is only available to the users who have the GENAI-Admin or Infor-SystemAdministrator IFS role to enable for the tenant.

To enable administrator opt-out:

  1. Select OS > GenAI > Admin > System Configuration.
  2. Select the toggle option to block data tracing from GenAI's third party services, such as LangSmith.
    Note: Admin opt-out is enabled for all production tenants.
