Use GenAI Assistant

The GenAI Assistant is a conversational user experience exposed in the Infor OS Smart Panel Chat. The GenAI Assistant is always available for quick and convenient responses when navigating anywhere within the Infor OS Portal. Leveraging the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex natural language processing, the GenAI Assistant can retrieve information from both Infor CloudSuites and documentation data, based on which functionality is enabled in the chatbot.

To access the GenAI Assistant, click the GenAI Assistant icon on the top banner of the Infor OS Portal.
