GenAI public knowledge hub

You can use the Public Knowledge Hub without indexing documentation in the Infor Document Management application of your tenant.

The GenAI Assistant uses publicly available Infor documentation to generate responses to documentation queries. The Public Knowledge Hub uses the same RAG architecture as the Private Knowledge Hub capabilities. All knowledge is retrieved from indexed documentation. The key difference between the public and private capabilities is the source of each document type.
