GET suggestions

This section describes how to use the GET suggestions endpoint. The GET suggestions endpoint allows you to retrieve the list of Conversation Starters. Utilize the /api/v1/suggestions (GET) endpoint as to get the list of Conversation Starters that are part of the tenant, as well as any defined IBC screen IDs and logical ID prefixes.
