Refreshed home page

The Documentation Central home page has been refreshed with new colors and images to improve the overall experience on the site.

Filtering searches from the home page

On the Documentation Central home page, new search filters are available for selection before a search is run to find your product documentation. The search results will then automatically be filtered according to the pre-selected filters. This will make it easier to find documentation using the site search. Additionally, after signing in to Infor Concierge from Documentation Central, your product entitlement will automatically be selected on the search filters dialog so that your searches will only include the Infor products you use. You can clear the filters to widen your search to other products.

Filtering search results

On the search results page, new filter boxes have been added for product, version and language to make it easy to find these search facets. This will be particularly useful when you want to find an Infor product in the long list of products or versions that have documentation published to the site. Additionally, filters that are selected will be moved to the top of the list and displayed in bold so that it is easy to see which filters are being used in the search results. .

Saving favorites

You can now save the documentation you use often in a favorites list. After signing in to Infor Concierge, a heart icon will be displayed on the product pages and on the pages in documentation libraries. Selecting the icon will save the page to a favorites list. That list is available from the sign-in menu on the home page.

Giving feedback for the web site and documentation content

You will be able to provide your feedback on Documentation Central using either a thumbs up or thumbs down image and then selections from a list of responses. This will help Infor to improve the quality of the documentation and experience using the site. If you would like to provide feedback on Documentation Central, please use the feedback icons. You can also create a support case in the Infor Customer Portal.
