Applying bulk update to the items in the Revenue Center
You can use the Bulk Date option to modify multiple items in a revenue center.
- Select Revenue Centers > Revenue Centers. The Revenue Centers screen is displayed.
- Click the Items tab.
- Select the Bulk Update option from the Actions menu. The Bulk Update window is displayed.
- Specify the items in the Select Items section.
- Click Next. The Select Fields section is displayed.

Specify this information in the Select Fields
section:
- Change Price
- Select this check box to modify the price of the items.
- Change Price To
- Select this option to modify the price to the value
specified in the Amount
field.Note: This option is enabled only if the Change Price check box is selected.
- Increase Price
- Select this option to increase the price of the item to the value specified in the Amount field.
- Decrease Price
- Select this option to decrease the price of the item to the value specified in the Amount field.
- Amount
- The modified amount of the item.
- Amount Type
- The type of the amount. Possible values:
- Amount
- Percentage
Note:This field is enabled only if the Increase Price or Decrease Price option is selected.
- Button Status
- Select this check box to modify the status of the button
which is displayed on the POS terminals. Possible options:
- Active
- Inactive
- Upcoming
- Button Start Date
- The beginning date from which the button is active on the
POS terminals.Note: The Button Status is set to Active only when the current date is on or after the Button Start Date.
- Button End Date
- The date up to which the button is active on the POS
terminals.Note: The Button Status is Inactive if the current date is past the Button End Date.

Select the respective day check boxes to indicate the item availability at the
POS terminals for the selected days.
Note: By default, the application selects all the days of the week.
- Click Save. The bulk changes are applied. The Check Status step is also displayed wherein you can view the successful and unsuccessful changes.
