Adding Modifier Options to the Revenue Center’s Modifier Groups

Use the Modifier Option screen to associate modifier option to modifier group of the revenue center.

  1. Select Revenue Centers > Modifier Groups tab. The Modifier Groups tab is displayed.
  2. Select a modifier group of the revenue center from the List View.
  3. Select Action > Modifier Options. The Modifier Options screen is displayed.
    Note: 
    • In the Modifier Options window, you can view all options available in the Master Modifier Options, including items that are not associated with any Revenue Center.
    • When you select a modifier option that is not associated with a revenue center, the system adds a modifier option to the revenue center.
  4. Specify this information:
    Active in Group
    Indicates that modifier options are active under the Modifier Group.
    Note: 
    • The Add option must be selected for this check box to be enabled.
    • This check box is displayed only for modifier options that are already associated with a revenue center.
    Local Item ID
    A unique identification number of the local item associated with the revenue center.
    Product ID
    The product identification number of the item. This value is populated from the Product ID field on the Master Item screen.
    Button Text
    The text displayed on the screen.
    Use Custom Text
    If this check box is selected, the application displays the customized text for the selected item.
    Order by
    The order of the items associated with the modifier group.
    Note: By default, the value is set to 0.
  5. Click Save.
    Note: The application will return to the calling screen when you click Close.
