Deactivating the document poller

  1. Select Administration > Settings.
  2. In the General section, click the Document Poller switch to deactivate the toggle control.
  3. Click Save to confirm the deactivation.
    Note: You must deactivate the document poller to suspend the processing of incoming business documents before making changes to document registrations, master data setup and business rules.
